The Changing Minds project aims to engage with people living with Dementia in Yorkshire using creativity to truly look 'beyond the Dementia at the person'.

We will:

- Provide weekly creative workshops, for 21 weeks in 5 residential homes

- Create individualised 'This is Me' boxes to support staff with their creative interventions

- Train staff to deliver ongoing creative interventions

- Train local volunteers to deliver creative interventions alongside staff

- Create a final inspiring exhibition about Dementia that will tour across Yorkshire

This project is funded by the Jubilee People's Millions from The Big Lottery.
