"Emily was fortunate to come across you wonderful people at Purple Patch who use the arts as a way of helping your learners to reach a potential we never dreamed possible. She has developed a level of confidence and self-reliance which is undoubtedly paving the way for more independent living when the time is right. We are so grateful to you all for the wonderful, genuine services and commitment you provide. Please don’t ever stop."

At Lifelong Learning Programmes people take part in a mixture of drama, dance, music, literature and visual arts. They learn about lots of interesting subjects including history, geography and science.
Lifelong Learning Programmes are for anyone with learning disabilities aged 18+ and take place in community venues across Yorkshire. They are based on a Scheme of Work custom written each
year by us and they are delivered by qualified tutors. Everyone that comes to Lifelong Learning Programmes gets a portfolio at the end of the year which tracks their progress.
Lifelong Learning Programmes usually cost £35 per day which people pay for out of their personal budgets (or via their care manager), and run from 10am - 3pm unless otherwise stated.
